Meet Our Founder and Educational Leader
Hritik Sharma is an educational leader, academic advisor, and TEDx speaker dedicated to driving meaningful change in the education sector. As the Secretary of North Bengal St. Xaviers’ Alumni Association and COO of Shishubharti School, he plays a pivotal role in institutional growth and strategic development. Over the years, he has personally delivered career counselling in Siliguri to more than two thousand students to help them unlock their full potential. Beyond professional achievements, he actively supports the education of underprivileged children and provides guidance to vulnerable youth.
